摘要：欺负行为一直受到心理学专家的高度重视，它对幼儿健康发展有不容忽视的影响，不仅对幼儿的身心健康的发展不利，而且对幼儿以后生活也有影响。本文通过查阅近十年国内外相关文献来了解国内外对幼儿欺负行为的研究现状，通过对开封某幼儿园的幼儿带班老师及个别幼儿家长交谈和日常观察，分析开封某幼儿园幼儿欺负行为的基本现状，分析开封某幼儿园幼儿欺负行为产生的原因及其特点，探究符合开封某幼儿园幼儿欺负行为的干预策略，以促进幼儿园幼儿的身心健康发展。

Abstracts: Psychologists always pay great importance on the bullying behavior of children which is harmful to the physical and mental health of children and has inlunence to the children's future life. This paper outlines the current research accomplishments on the children's bullyin behavior by overviewing relevant references home and abroad in the latest decade. It also analylizes the children bullying conditions, reasons and characteristics in a kindergarten of Kaifeng by observing the communication between teachers and praents to research some interfering strategies to the bullying behavior between children and promote the children to grow healthily.
