我在linux centos6.4下装oracle 11g.第一步我运行./runInstaller就出错了

[oracle@hdtm database]$ ./runInstaller

失会的日志到底是怎么回事啊?

oracle装到95%的时候就提示以下:
[INS-20802]Oracle Net Configuration Assistant failed
Cause the plug-in failed in it s erform method
action -refer to the logs or contact Oracle SupportServices
log file location
/hdtm/11g/oracle/logs/installActions2013-05-21_04-07-59AM.log

1.确保linux centos6.4安装了图形界面
Centos安装KDE
#yum grouplist
#yum groupinstall "X Window System"
#yum groupinstall "GNOME Desktop Environment"
或
#yum groupinstall "KDE Desktop Environment"
卸载GNOME桌面环境
#yum groupremove "GNOME Desktop Environment"
卸载KDE桌面环境
#yum groupremove "KDE (K Desktop Environment)"

2.oracle用户登陆图形界面，打开终端运行./runInstaller

3.如果是root用户
启动图形界面：
startx

打开终端，执行以下命令：
# xhost +
# su - oracle
$ export LANG=en_US
$ ./runInstaller

提示无法解析主机,怎么办?实在不行我就做成redhat linux5了.能比centos好做点

在linux下 会打开文件么
/hdtm/11g/oracle/logs/installActions2013-05-21_04-07-59AM.log
把日志发出来 错误信息在里面
