嘿嘿，我刚毕业，不知怎么跟客户写信。请大家帮我翻译给客户的一封信。内容如下，可以适当修改润色。谢谢啦！不要机器翻译的！

附件为您要的文件。收货人填写的是XX。但发票跟以前一样填写的是xxxx。
由于目前汇率变动较大，故选今天的汇率6.12，所以价格换算为USD7。
若以上文件有误，请告知修改。若文件没问题，我将马上联系货代。
另外H.S.CODE问过高小姐，她说与往年不同，所以我只能自己查询。我查询到的是6211.不知对不对？

我在美国上大学， 经常跟教授邮件往来，邮件质量放心。

Dear XX【客户名】,

I have attached the documents you wanted to the email. I filled out the consignee as XX, but on the invoice I put xxxx, as usual. Since the fluctuations of the currency rate are pretty large, I chosed today's currency rate, 6.12 RMB per USD. Therefore the price is converted to 7 USD.

If you find anything mistaken in these documents, please notify me. If not, I will contact the freight forwarding company immediately.

I've also consulted Ms.Gao for the H.S.Code, and she said it was different from previous years, so I have to look it up. From what I found, the code seems to be 6211. Does that look correct to you?

Please noted enclosure is the file that you wanted. consignee is XX, but invoice is xx as same as before .

For the exchange rate changed a lot recently, so we choose today's rate6.12, Therefore the price is converted to 7 USD.

If there anything wrong with the enclosure file, please advise us to recorrect. If there is no problems, I'll cantact the shipping agent.soon.

We have inquiried Miss Gao for the H.S.CODE, she said that it is different from former years, so i have to check it out by myself and the result is 6211, I am wondering it is right ?

Please confirm: The consignee is XX, yet we still use XXX as the title on the invoice as usual.
Caused by the exchange rate fluctuation，we use today's exchange rate as 6.12, so the price will be 7 USD.
Please contact me for any modification, or after receiving your confirmation we will contact the agents soon.
P.S. I've asked Miss. Gao about the H.S. CODE, which she said is different from last year. I use 6211 as the code, if it is not ,please let me know ASAP.
