并不是所有的美剧都适合青少年来看。有些美剧对青少年的价值观会造成消极的影响，我们应该选择合适我们的年龄段的，积极的，生动的，平民化的片子来看。用来学习英语的美剧，也需要精挑细选。看美剧要注意选择发音标准，带有地方方言和南方口音的美剧对我们来说难度太大，也很难达到学习的目的，我们可以选择相对简单的美剧，例如《朋友》，《生活大爆炸》。整个剧中，对话很简单，很少有长句，词汇很简单，是突破发音和对话交流的最好的美剧。
我们应该处理好学习和看美剧的矛盾。作为一名学生，特别是高中生，学习任务重，空闲的时间很少，那么我们在平时的上学期间就要尽量少看美剧，在放假和周末休息时间可以适当的看美剧，一举两得。
我们应该怎么样看美剧呢？我认为应该做到以下三点：第一，也是最重要的一点：选择适合的美剧，如果选择的美剧不适合我们看，那么对学习的作用就不大。第二，看美剧的时候不要开着字幕。如果有中英文字幕，我们就会不自觉的看，无法充分调动自己的大脑和听觉器官。第三，只看一遍是不够的，第二遍配合英文字幕看，以便加深语言的印象和理解。第四，写下新单词，然后查字典，这样可以帮助我们记住它。

However, there is another kind of the opposite point of view, they think that the United States does not have any help for learning, a benefit without harm. In my opinion, the United States is not for usa benefit without harm. First of all, by watching TV, we can naturally learn authentic pronunciation and intonation and pronunciation, can also improve our language. Secondly, through both visual and auditory organ input can help us to deepen the memory language points, and increase our interest in learning english. Moreover, the United States can help us to understand thewestern society, feel the different cultural atmosphere and ideas, broaden our horizons, expand knowledge, renew the idea.

We should handle the contradictions of learning and watching TV. As a student, especially the senior high school students, the learning task is heavy,little spare time, so we in the normal school should try to watch less TV, in the holiday and weekend hours of rest may be appropriate for movie, shoot two hawks with one arrow.
How should we watch TV? I think we should do the following three points: first,and most important point: to select a suitable TV show, if the choice is not suitable for us, then the learning effect is not.
