摘要:迷迭香酸具有极强的抗氧化活性,被广泛应用于食品、医药、化妆品等行业。测定其抗氧化性能力是实现工业生产的前提和保证。本实验利用紫外分光光度法测定迷迭香酸对羟自由基的清除作用,结果表明迷迭香酸对羟自由基有较强的清除作用,且清除作用随着迷迭香酸浓度的增加而加强。

Rosemary acid with a strong antioxidant activity, are widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other industries. The determination of its oxidation resistance ability is the premise and guarantee to realize industrial production. This experiment by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry, rosemary acid on hydroxyl free radical scavenging effect, the results show that rosemary acid has strong scavenging effect to hydroxyl free radical, and the scavenging effect increased with the increase of rosemary acid concentration increased.

Abstract:
Rosmarinic acid has a very strong antioxidant activity and it is extensively used in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. The determining of its antioxidant ability is the premise and guarantee of achieving industrial productions. By applying the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method, this experiment attempts to determine the rosmarinic acid's scavenging action on hydroxyl radical. The result shows that rosmarinic acid has a relatively strong scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical and the effect is enhanced with the increased concentration of rosmarinic acid.

In this study, the use of UV spectrophotometry Rosemary acid scavenging hydroxyl radicals, results showed that rosemary has a strong acid on hydroxyl radical scavenging activity, and scavenging with increasing acid concentration and strengthen rosemary .
