你这个程序不是已经传递参数了吗？运行不成功吗？

是的，vc6.0编译成功，但是运行时，并没有调用jctw.exe后传值，而是直接将参数的第一值当做exe调用了

你的jctw.exe有没有在当前目录下？它找不到你要执行的程序时可能会出现这种情况。或者在ShellExecute()参数中填入文件路径。

好像找到原因了貌似不是LOGIN的EXE调用的问题，应该是JCTW.EXE的问题
