Information for Role A
You are a shop assistant. The customer bought a digital camera a week ago but found it didn’t work properly
after three days. The warranty is two years. He/she goes to the shop and makes a complaint. Finding the situation true, you apologize and promise to change to new one. You also ask him/ her for the receipt.
Information for Role B
You are a customer. You bought a digital camera a week ago but found it didn’t work properly after three days.
The warranty is two years. Now you go to the shop and make a complaint to the shop assistant. Finally he/she promises to change a new one for you. You are happy with the solution and show him/ her the receipt.
