Abstract: At present, China has become the world's second largest on GDP, just after the US, therefore,China has played an important role in international trades. Some developed countries are restricting China's economic development, and the mostly used means of trade protection is the new situation---barriers of Intellectual property. This article takes up th examples that the Chinese enterprises have repeatedly been the issue of foreign intellectual property barriers in recent years, analyzes the reasons that have caused this problem, and suggests the strategies should be taken by this country.
