摘 要

本文主要是对连铸出坯横移台车—升降机构的阐述。在对连铸出坯的几种方式如拉钢机、推钢机、横移台车、起重吊钩的对比后，最终确定选用横移台车作为此出坯装置。
横移台车主要有结构简单、起吊和横移平稳、起吊方坯的规格范围大、适合于大规模的自动化生产线等优点。其普遍用于冶金行业的毛坯调运，是连铸出坯装置中不可缺少的设备。在对整个装置进行工作原理的阐述和分析以后，通过对钢坯规格的分析，确定横移装置中吊钩的动力装置，以及对吊钩和吊钩梁的结构设计和校核。再对横移装置相关的零部件进行选择和设计，说明吊钩的过载和防松保护装置的工作原理，保证整个横移装置的安全工作。
