三、定位:
1、确定生产线的位置、流向,一般情况是从机尾架流向动力机头。
2、摆好动力机头,动力机头放在最后下件处,然后向前依次摆放机脚架,机脚架间距2米(L25m线体动力架最外端点与相邻机脚架间距3米),最前一个为机尾架。
3、摆放护边导轨:在机脚架两侧依次摆上护边导轨,头、尾端两侧的护边导轨内侧开了长槽,用于安装φ90头、尾滚筒。(L25m线体动力机头两侧安装3米长的护边导轨)
四、用M8*100长螺杆套上平垫插入护边导轨一端小孔和机脚连接孔,再套上平
垫、弹垫、螺母,先不要拧紧。注意:护边导轨间隔1米一个的小托滚孔朝里且在上方。
五、依次松开螺丝,装上灯架,再稍稍拧紧螺母。
六、将生产线校平、校直,将螺丝紧固好。

九、将皮带下镀锌托板用自钻外六角M4*19螺丝固定在两导轨之间,每两个φ25小托滚之间安装一块,注意:托板的上表面比φ25小托滚最上边低0.5mm。将PVC皮带张紧。
十、安装灯托杆和灯:1、将灯托杆用自钻外六角M4*38螺丝固定在灯架上横梁最外端的下边。2、用半园头十字M4*19自钻螺丝将灯支架固定在灯托杆上,(注意:先计算好灯支架之间的间距,)3、用1.5平方电线接接灯线。
