Ingredients:
Chicken Thigh (meat), cucumber, chilli powder, pepper powder, white sesame, minced garlic, minced green onion, black soy sauce, seasame oil
Cooking Process:
Put the chicken thigh, some white spirit (wine) along with sliced ginger and chopped green onion in water to cook.
(after it's cooked will the meat is well done, put it in cold water and wait for it to cool, then pull the chicken thigh meat into slices with your hands and slice the cucumber to prepare for the next step)
Put the chilli powder, pepper powder, white sesame, minced garlic and minced green onion into a small bowl. Then use a little pan to warm up some oil (vegetable oil, olive oil or coconut oil, whichever you prefer), wait till the oil is hot and pour it on the small bowl with all the ingredients in it. Try to mix the ingredients with the oil till it slowly turns into a sauce.
Lay out the sliced cucumber on a plate (try to fill the plate's base with cucumber). Then put the sliced chicken meat and lastly the sauce onto the meat.
