请各位高手好心人帮我一个忙，因我公司一老员公要辞职，我必需接管他手上的单，首先我必需写一信给客户告诉他们以后他们的单由我来跟。由於我是新人，我不知道到底应该怎麼写这种信，所以请求各们帮我的忙。另希望你们能告诉我，我还需要做什么，我应要他告诉我我还需要知道详情。谢谢！

I am heroviking, from **company. I work with Steven who takes care of your company of trading department.
