因为从from到rat是一个句子，而中间两个逗号之间句子里没有连词，所以两个逗号之间的成分应该是非限制性定语从句，先行词是cat，如果填he，逗号之间的就变成了完整的一套主谓结构，一个句子里不能出现两套主谓结构（cat became是一套主谓），所以应该填who。
