本设计题目是摇臂轴座工艺工装设计及CAD/CAM。来源于朝阳柴油机股份有限公司。本设计目的是完成195柴油机摇臂轴座的模具设计，摇臂轴座加工工艺路线及工艺卡的制定，部分工序专用夹具的设计等。用三维造型软件Pro/E对其进模具设计，内容包括：用零件模块建造出零件和毛坯的实体模型；对零件的熔模铸造模具进行设计，包括分型面、浇注系统、推件机构、凸凹模、模座等，用工程图模块和CAXA电子图板完成模具的总装工程图。制定出零件加工工艺规程,包括加工方法的选择、加工路线的拟订、加工余量的确定，然后根据工艺规程计算出工艺参数并制作出相应的工艺卡片。设计出专用铣床夹具2套，专用钻床夹具1套：在进行分析、选择与设计后，利用CAXA电子图板完成其工程图。本次设计的难点是夹具和模具,在查阅了大量资料并在老师的指导下最终很好的解决了这些问题，圆满的完成了此次设计。
