The story begins in the Caribbean Sea where pirates are rumored to be the most rampant. This uncharted sea area lies to the southeast of North America. The azure sea is always crystal clear under the sunny sky. This area used to be the only route for Euroupean business fleet to enter the American continent. This is why pirates cluster here. They attack passing-by business people, even the British royal fleet.

The libertine and paradoxical Jack Sparrow (staring Johnny Depp) is one of those young pirates. He owns the fearsome corsair named the "Black Pearl". Jack enjoys the days most when he sails his corsair around the Caribbean Sea and rob ships as he wishes.
