Two groups of people, always refered as Post-80 Generation and Post-90 generation（个人觉得80、90后这样翻译不确切，使用80s' born 以及90s' born会好一些）, are the central researching subjects in recent. But the research mostly are desriptive and observational. 90s will soon join the employment market in 2013 and that might cause some management issues. This paper is design to forcus on their motive and perspective between post-80s and post-90s and distinguish their differences, in order to provide future reference to their management.

The research methods mostly are based on Taiwanese Researchers, Yang, Guoshu and Yu, An'bang's "Social-oriented Accoplishment & Motivation Scale" and "Individual-oriented Accoplishment Motivation Scale" as the reasearching tools, and research were designed as questionnairs amongst 190 post-80s and post-90s as the test samples, and analyzed differences and traits.

The conlusion came up as following results:

1. Overall, both post-80s and post-90s have a higher individual-oriented motivation than the social motivation, however, post-90s has a significantly higher social-oriented motivation than the post-80s.

2. Amongst post-90s, individual-oriented motivation of the off-city subjects suggests a higher value than those of urban subjects; Males presents a higher individual-oriented motivation than females; Only-child do not presents a big differences than the None-only-child in both motivations.

3. Amongst post-80s, Individual-oriented motivation of the off-city subjects and urban subjects do not presents a big difference as the post-90s did, in the perspective from others, males shows a higher individual motivation than the females; and only-child still show no significant differences than the non-only-child.

Investigation on ”post-80 generation“ and ”post-90 generation“ is really a hot-heated topic which received lots of concern from the society in recent years. But relavent studies are mostly kind of descriptive, the paper choose to make an empirical research to find out the orientation differences between the post-80 generation and the post-90 generation when it comes to their achievement motivation, it has been a big year in 2013 that many of the post-90 generation step into the society and they have brought the managers lots of problems, and this study is mean to find a solution for the managers.
The study have borrowed ideas from two Taiwan scholars named Yang guoshu and Yuanbang of their books 《achievement motivation scale of social orientation》，《achievement motivation scale of personal orientation》, the way of measure is questionnaire, and there are 190 of the post-80 generation and post-90 generation who took part in the testing. The research then analyzed the characteristics and differiencies of each group of their orientation in achievement motivation and made out the reason why these differences exist.
The study got conclusions as shown in the followong:
(1) In genaeral, ①both ”post-80 generation“ and ”post-90 generation“ got their personal orientation higher than social orientation in achievement motivation;②”post-90 generation“ show higher tendency than ”post-80 generation“ in achievement motivation of social orientation
(2)In the ”post-90 generation“ group ①those came from the rural area will show higher tedency in personal orientation than those came from the city ;② male's tendency is higher than female in personal orientation;③ their is no difference between children from the family with only child and children who have brothers or sisters
(3) In the ”post-80 generation“ group ①there is no difference between those came from the rural area and those came from the city;② Male keep higher than female in achievement motivation when evaluating somebody③ their is no difference between children from the family with only child and children who have brothers or sisters
