Abstract: the uncertainty relation of quantum mechanics is an important and basic relations, this paper makes a series of essential of the relationship between uncertainty analysis and discussion. First introduced the w. Heisenberg (W.H eisenberg) uncertainty relations the exact expression and type of various physical meaning; Secondly by particle wave-particle duality, particle trajectory theory and statistical quantitative these three aspects analyze the uncertainty relations; Finally, the uncertainty relations has carried on the further discussion, points out that the uncertainty relations is the inevitable result of the microscopic particle wave-particle duality. As the beginner of quantum mechanics, we can not correctly understand the uncertainty relation. This article is on the basis of the predecessors have been under the precondition of consulting a large number of data, from the wave-particle duality, the particle orbit theory and the quantitative statistics of uncertainty relations do the three aspects of a more in-depth analysis and discussion, so that we can not interfere with the concept of "classic position, better and more comprehensive understanding of the uncertainty relation.
