Abstract: Along with the fast developing information era, the accumulation of enterprise competitiveness depends more on well-ordered combination of information and supervision technology. ERP is one of the hotspots of modern industrial field which has made great achievements during its application in western enterprises and also plays a very important role in lots of enterprises in our own country. The paper is based on this background. At first, it researched on the principles, history and latest development of ERP.
