Never does the issue referring to education fail to arouse people’s attention .In order to create a better environment for students’ study and stimulate teacher’s enthusiasm on their job ,school has always evaluate their staff’s performance by the collected information ,which are provided by different people .Some people hold the opinion that it is more useful to evaluate a teacher according to his or her colleagues’ opinion .However, from my perspective ,I tend to believe that this job needs to be handed over to students. My reasons are as follows.
First and foremost, students ,the direct participator in a certain class ,are more qualified to judge of the teaching ability of a teacher .As member of those who takes part in the learning process in person ,students are able to make a thorough observation of how the things go on. Hence ,it is easier for them to evaluate a teacher based on the facts rather than on imagination.
In addition ,what can’t be ignored are the peer influences .In other words, students are more willing to adopt their schoolfellow’s suggestion. Thus ,the point of view about a teacher from his or her student is of cardinal importance as well as use. Naturally ,students would choose teachers in the light of the remarks presented by the previous students .So it is significant for school to take the students’ standpoint into consideration.度娘不给我字数。。额。。我把作文截图吧
