In this situation, the Government of Japan (hereinafter referred to as “the Government”)will revise the current energy policies by zero-based thinking while taking into account stable energy supply and reduction of energy costs. Accumulated resources such as the skills of the persons who are engaged in field operations of the electricity business, and technologies and human resources will be utilized in the process.
