*** may from time to time delegate Supervisor and/or Expediter to the Seller’s Subcontractors’ facilities for Seller’s successful execution of the contract at their own cost.
ABC has the right and powers stipulated under this article 18 in case that Seller becomes bankrupt or insolvent or concluded a receivership or, if according to ABC’s judgment, the provision of the work in accordance with the Contract jeopardized as a result of a delay for payment agreed upon between Seller and Seller’s creditors, or of the fact that parts of Seller’s property are burdened with liens or mortgages, or in case that Seller being an association is being dissolved.
