摘 要
随着知识经济的到来,知识逐渐成为经济增长和社会发展以及企业成长的关键性资源。越来越多的企业开始应用知识管理来提升企业竞争力,但是,知识管理并不是简单的对信息技术的利用,而需要建立与之相适应的企业文化环境。所以,构建与知识管理相适应的现代企业文化是值得关注的重要问题。知识经济时代，企业文化的作用非常重大。在各界对企业文化众说纷纭的情况之下，作者撰写了本文。
本文共分为序言、正文和结束语三个部分。其中，正文又分为三个部分：首先从企业文化的定义、内涵和表现形式、内容、特点等方面认识企业文化，并阐述了现代企业文化的特征，以及吉林榆树电信企业的现状和良好的发展前景；其次提出吉林榆树电信企业文化建设中存在的问题。然后就吉林榆树电信企业文化建设中的问题加以分析，以及从几个方面对吉林榆树电信企业文化建设核心竞争力的影响、促使企业可持续成长以及企业文化在人才争夺战中的作用等几个方面结合案例来论证企业文化在企业发展中的巨大的作用。
