摘 要:我国是农药生产和使用大国,农药为我们带来经济利益的同时也带来了一系列的农药残留问题。农药残留是指残存在环境及生物体内的微量农药,农药残留对我们身体健康和环境都造成了巨大的威胁,因此农药残留问题越来越引起人们的重视。
目前我国农药滥用的情况非常严重,这导致很多农产品的农药残留严重超标。加强对农药残留的监测研究,对于合理开发和正确使用农药,保护生态环境,保障人类健康,避免和减少不必要的生物受害,具有重要的理论和实践意义。
苯霜灵是一种广泛使用的农药,本次论文以苯霜灵为例,拟将气相色谱法和液液微萃取法结合使用,通过优化空白样本中的苯霜灵提取方法,研究液相微萃取技术在农药残留检测中的应用。

Abstract: Our country was the agricultural chemicals produces and uses the great nation, the agricultural chemicals brings the economic interest for us at the same time also to bring a series of pesticide residue question. The pesticide residue was refers to surviving in the environment and organism's micro agricultural chemicals, the pesticide residue has posed the huge threat to our health and the environment, therefore the pesticide residue question brought to people's attention more and more. the present our country agricultural chemicals abuse the situation is serious, this causes many agricultural products pesticide residue serious exceeding the allowed figure. Strengthens to the pesticide residue the monitor research, regarding the reasonable development and the correct use agricultural chemicals, protects the ecological environment, safeguards the human health, avoids and reduces the nonessential biology to suffer injury, has the important theory and the practice significance. the benzene frost spirit is one kind of widespread use agricultural chemicals, this paper works take the benzene frost as the example, plans the gas phase chromatography and the fluid fluid micro extraction method union use, through optimizes in the blank sample the benzene frost spirit extraction method, the research liquid phase micro extract technology in the pesticide residue examination application.
