ANSYS出现下面错误提示，应该怎么解决啊？？？

one or more elements have becom highly distroed. excessive distrotion of elements is usually a symptom indicating the need for corrective action elsewhere. try incrementing the load more slowly (increase the number of substep or decrease the time step size). you may need to improve your mesh to obtain elements with better aspect rations. also consider the behavior of materials, contact pairs, and/or constraint equations. if this message appears in the first iteration of first iteration of first substep, be sure to perform element shape checking.

单元尺寸划分的太大了，重新用更小的尺寸划分。另外也可以在计算的时候增加子步数！
