请哪位大神帮忙翻译一下这段英语，可以中文化一点，谢谢啦🙏🙏🙏Rough experience but it got better (previous comment removed). Allow me to edit this review. The manager showed up and took care of my wife's dinner. He was very professional and courteous. In fairness, I think this was possibly a fluke and we just had a bad experience.  We will give it another try and review again.  I revised this experience to 4 stars after speaking to the manager and after his sincere response below.
