近年来，随着中美贸易的迅速发展，中美贸易不平衡逐渐加剧，中美贸易摩擦也频繁发生，美国已成为对华反倾销最多的国家之一，美国频繁利用中国“非市场经济地位”问题向中国征收高额的反倾销税，特别是在2008年全球金融危机之后，贸易保护主义倾向再次出现，美国对华反倾销现象越发严重。据WTO官方网站统计，仅2008-2012年，美国就对中国发起了43件反倾销调查，美国频繁的反倾销调查阻碍了我国对外贸易的发展，并对我国经济平稳发展产生不良影响。
面对美国愈演愈烈的反倾销措施，我国政府、行业协会及企业应该联合起来，加强两国政府及相关利益群体的沟通协调，充分利用WTO贸易争端解决机制，建立健全反倾销应诉和预警机制，提高企业的整体竞争力并积极应对反倾销诉讼，只有各方充分实现各自职能，积极采取应对策略，才能保护国内产业环境，维护国家利益。

In recent years, with the rapid development of trade relationship between China and United States, the imbalance between trade relationship between the two countries is going stronger, and the disputes related to trade between both of countries also frequently occures. United States has become one of the countries which most frequently adopt the anti-dumping measures against China. United States takes advantages of the issue of "non-market economy status" related to China to make the foundation on which China is charged high rate of anti-dumpting taxes. Especially after the year of 2008, in which the unprecedented global enocomic crisis took place, the trend of trade protectionism took place in United States again and the acts by United States to take anti-dumping measures against China became more and more serious. According to the statistics from WTO official webiste, during the period of 2008-2012, United States had launched 43 cases involving anti-dumping investigations. Frequent anti-dumping investigations by United States against China brought obstacles to development of Chinese foreign trade, as well as produced negative impacts on smooth operations on Chinese econony.
In confrontation with tougher and tougher anti-dumping measures of United States, Chinese government, guilds of industries and enterprises shall unite, to strengthen the coordinations and communications between two governments and relevant stakeholders, take advantage of WTO dispute resolution mechanisms, build and perfect participation and warning mechanisms for anti-dumping disputes, and finally improve the intergrated competiveness of enterprises to positively respond to anti-dumping disputes. The national interest and the Chinese domestic industrial environment can only be protected and preserved when different parties can meet their responsibilities and take corresponding actions.
