本文比较了目前国内几种常用的生产氯化钡的工艺流程,通过对工艺流程和影响产率的因素的分析,对结晶工艺过程进行了适当的改进,以毒重石残液为原料,用真空旋转蒸发结晶氯化钡的工艺方法,探究出最佳的工艺条件是水浴温度在85℃~90℃,控制旋转速率为42ran/min,维持真空度在0.085Mpa下,能生产高纯度的氯化钡产品。通过对结晶产品中的钙、镁、硫、铁含量的分析和讨论发现,原料液在循环利用后,氯化钡的纯度能达到98%左右。此外,由于原料液在蒸发结晶过程中对反应装置的材料有比较大的腐蚀性,探究了硫化钠对反应器的防腐蚀效果,得出在加入一定量的硫化钠后,在一定的时间段内对反应器的材料有保护作用。

This paper compares the current domestic common production of barium chloride,and makes some appropriate improvement on the process of crystallization according to the analysis of the processes and factors influencing the yield,that is,using the poison tungsten residue as raw material, taking the vacuum rotary as the method to evaporate the crystallized barium chloride。
