本文以铸造醇基涂料的工艺性能为研究对象,首先考察硅酸镁铝、锂基膨润土、酚醛树脂、PVB和气相二氧化硅等涂料组分和耐火骨料种类及固相含量对醇基涂料工艺性能的影响。在此基础上,制定出三水平四因素的正交试验。通过对正交试验及其分析,得出具有最佳工艺性能涂料的配比。最后,采用最佳涂料现场涂刷和浇注,以考察涂料的生产使用效果。
研究发现,与锂基膨润土配制的涂料相比,用硅酸镁铝配制的涂料具有良好的悬浮性、流平性、抗流淌性及抗板结等工艺性能,尤其是抗板结性能突出。分子量小的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)比分子量大的PVB明显提高涂料的悬浮性和流平性。同时,涂料仍具有良好的悬浮性和抗板结性。在一定范围内,提高涂料中的固相含量能够使涂料的工艺性能都得到相应的提高,尤其是悬浮性。固相含量由45%提高到60%后,24小时悬浮性可以达到95%左右,同比上升了20%;168小时后的悬浮性可以达到90%左右。气相二氧化硅(白炭黑)能够显著提高涂料的悬浮性。
