The Sky-rocketing Price of Apartments in Chinese Cities
In recent years, Chinese economy has pushed it's development in a rapid and resolute speed. As a consequence, we Chinese people has witnessed its great economy development in various areas,such as the service industry, the catering services and also the real estate industry and so on. While the fast development in real estate industries has generates a series of problems, and the sky-rocketing price of apartments in cities is the most hot issues among Chinese residents.
Then, what's the reason that resulting the sky-rocketing price of apartments in cities? As far as I concerned, the reasons are as the following.
Firstly, the development of economy is destined to push the enhancement in price of commodities, and the price of apartments in cities will increase with it; besides, competience in different areas also stimulate the price of apartment.
