这些是考察倒装的。。。
27.28.29.31，36是考察全部倒装：
频度副词外的副词位于句首时全部倒装，但主语是人称代词不倒装。
方位副词：in, out, away, up, down, off，后接不及物动词
地点副词：here，there， now，then，thus, 谓语动词常用be, come go, lie, run等
Out he rushed with a book in his hand.
27，29，31，是标准的倒装形式。
27你不明白就是结构变了一下，变回来就是the success belongs to all of you. "to "在这里是介词，所以。。。。
至于28题应该是选A，我们看到倒装的次一般是一些运动的词，speak很牵强。（个人意见）
36题因为主语“it”是代词，所以不倒装。
其余的都是部分倒装了。
注意34，35题是虚拟语气的倒装，只要注意能提前三个词就可以了：were，had，should。
