The insider explains that Justin knows Selena has some bitter feelings towards Miley, and that Selena believes he went out of his way to flirt with a girl she butts heads with.
“She’s not a Miley fan by any means and feels like Justin purposely did it to piss her off.” That’d be a pretty low blow by Justin, but if his goal was to push Selena away, he certainly accomplished that: “She’s completely severing ties with him now… She doesn’t see herself getting back together with him and just needs to move on.”
