1. give me the other one.    the other 是二选一；其他的要说other ones，another one.

2. don't laugh at me.  laugh at somebody 嘲笑某人

3. I am going to borrow some books.  因为是在考虑tomorrow的安排，所以用将来时。

4. Let's have a picnic.    Let somebody do something. 让某人做某事
