It is known to us that healthy life style lead a healthy life ,so it's important for us to keep a healthy life style.我们都知道健康的生活方式引导健康轮裂的生活,所以保持一个健康的生活方式对我们很重要
There is some suggestion.Firstly,we can keep excise every day.It seems difficult for our basy life ,but,in fact ,when we walk to school or just play with our pet doog we are doing excise.seondly,we need a balanced diet.Food play an important part in our life,it decided whether our life style healthy.Last but metter,we need to insist.For a period of time you will find you are more healthy.

It is important that have a healthy lifestyle,for example, getting up early,eating vegetables and more fruit ,eating less meat,if you do it,you will find yourself become healthy,isn't that?
First,get up early,then drink some water,if you are free,you had better do some exercise,like running and jogging,after that,come back home and eat breakfast,then go to work.
It is also important that eat healthy lunch,the best lunch must has fish ,vegetables,rice or noodles,a little meat ,a bowl of soup and an apple is enough。
Dinner is not so important for us,if you want to be slim,do not have dinner,some fruit is enough,at last,remember to sleep for more than seven hours,wish you a good luck!

Do you know how to make our daily life as healthiest as possible?
First, we should eat plenty of fruits and meat or vegetables. We shouldn’t eat too many snack foods.Second, we should drink plenty of water.Third, I think more meat and fish, leexercise are bad for health. Good rest, lemeat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health.Fourth,we should get up and go to bed early.We shouldn't stay up so late.
