The competition in the word has been more and intense, so which makes further study to be a hot topic, at least people think it is the way to strengthen themsleves. And job opportunities seems not adequate for whole social, further study becomes another way to avoid and make people more confident when they graduate.

But here is the question. Do we pick up the college or we should pick up for major first. Some people think that good college can bring you good impression but others think personal skill is more important than that.

In my opinion, I think major iteself is much more important that college. As the open-roll policy, more and more students get the chance go into the college, which means college students is not so attractive for the society, at this time, I think good major and good personality can bring you good opportunity. So take some time to think about what's lack of for the society and then discuss with your parents,your teacher, you may get the answers.
