当消费者对某种商品的边际支付意愿大于等于该商品边际成本时，市场上就没有无谓损失。
我觉得是错的，因为消费者的边际支付意愿用市场价格衡量，只有当价格等于商品边际成本时市场上剩余最大化；当消费者边际支付意愿即市场价格大于商品边际成本时，厂家就有多生产的激励，使得市场上商品增多，商品的价格下降，直到价格又等于边际成本为止(多生产的产品会使得两者的情况变得更好意味着没生产这些产品会带来无谓损失)
