用 image ,image放到picturebox里
image1.left=0
image1.top=0
image1.height=picturebox1.scaleheight
image1.width=picturebox1.scalewidth
image1.stretch=true
image1.picture=loadpicture("c:\1.bmp")

就是imagebox与picturebox叠加，把imagebox放到picturebox里，然后将image的stretch属性变为true就可以了。
