礼仪，是我们生活中必不可缺少的，它是我们人一人之间交流的规则，是一门重要的语言工具，也是我们大学生教育中必不可少缺的一门课程。随着中国与西方国家的文化，经济等方面的联系日益紧密，礼仪在中西两方交流过程中发挥着重要的作用。但是，不同的文化有着不同的礼仪标准,中国的大学和西方的大学在对大学生礼仪教育中也有不同的理解。 本文就这个问题从中西方在交际中的礼仪，饮食文化上的礼仪，穿着上的礼仪等表现出来的差异。并从文化背景、价值观念等方面，研究分析中西方大学生礼仪教育的差异。

Etiquette is essential to our daily life. It is a rule for communicating with each other, an important language tool, and an indispensable subject among the university courses.
As the connection of China and western countries in culture and economy developing, etiquette plays an important role in communication. Whereas, different cultures go along with different standard of etiquette. The understanding on the university-students educating, therefore, makes differences.
This essay is based on the etiquette of intercourse between China and western countries, the table manners, and the costumes, with the cultural background and values considered, to analize the university-students educating in etiquette.
