The majority of students are in favor of the idea of surfing the internet.They believe it convenient to communicate with others on it and they can use their time as they wish. What's more, by surfing the internet, students can aquire the latest news from home as well as abroad. Besides, their spare time activities can be widely enriched.
However, a few students are against such things. In their opinion, rather than trying to learn knowledge,most of the internet goers are playing computer games on it,which is a waste of time and money.Some students they even drop off from classes to go to internet bars.So they argue that the time spent on the internet should be strictly limitted.

Recently our school held a discussion about whether teenagers should be allowed to go to the Internet cafe.
Most student think that going to the Internet cafe is bad for us, because going to the Internet cafe can cost us a lot of money, If you go to the Internet cafe in the evening, it will affect the next day's study.
some websites are bad for teenagers, but some students think going to the Internet cafe is good for us, because going to the Internet to get the information could help study and could improve our ability of using the computer.It's good for us to pass the computer exam on 9th grade, I think surfing the Internet is good for us, but going to the Internet cafe is bad for us, because the Internet cafe has something that is bad for our health, I agree to surf the internet ,but not in the Internet cafe.
