摘要：目的 探讨并比较常用的几种抗生素对金黄色葡萄球菌、猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌、大肠杆菌、巴氏杆菌的抑菌效果。方法 采用药敏纸片法，通过抑菌培养观察抗生素周围的抑菌圈大小来判断抗生素的抑菌效果，抑菌圈大说明抑菌效果好，抑菌圈小说明抑菌效果不好。结果 左氧氟沙星对猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌抑菌效果最好；环丙沙星对大肠杆菌抑菌效果最好的；青霉素对巴氏杆菌抑菌效果最好；青霉素对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果最好。结论 药敏纸片法能在临床治疗前准确的筛选出有效的抗生素类药物方法快速、操作简单、结果准确。
