本系统以AT89S52单片机为核心构建硬件平台,对焚烧炉的炉温、瓦斯气流量进行检测,同时将传感变送器输出的电流信号转换为电压信号后送入TLC2543A/D转换器件,由AT89S52进行数据的分析处理,最后输出相应的控制信号到DAC8420D/A转换器中,其输出信号经V/I转换后控制调节阀的开度,同时设计了温度超限报警电路、液晶显示电路,实现实时显示与超限报警功能。采用PID控制算法对焚烧炉的炉温进行控制,焚烧炉的炉温与瓦斯气流量组成串级控制系统,主回路采用PID控制,副回路采用PI控制。瓦斯气流量与空气流量组成单闭环比值控制系统,空气流量调节器选用PI调节,空气流量与设定值的偏差乘以比值系数K后的值作为瓦斯气流量调节器的设定值,以便使焚烧炉温度在空气流量和瓦斯气流量的影响下也能保持稳定。采用CAN总线通信方式,完成与生产装置的操作系统之间通信。
