摘 要:本文对鳡鱼仔鱼消化道的早期发育与食性转化进行初步研究,探讨了鳡鱼仔鱼期不同发育阶段消化道形态学与组织学结构变化和鳡鱼早期食性转化规律。结果表明:鳡鱼仔鱼消化道的形态在胚后发育过程中有明显的阶段性,鳔一室期消化道几乎未分化;脊索末端上翘期消化系统初步发育成型 ,具备单纯的基本结构 ,具一定的摄食、储存、消化和吸收生理功能;背鳍形成期,消化系统进一步发育,食道、胃和肠的黏膜皱褶明显增多和加深,肠黏膜上皮细胞高度增加,胃黏膜的单层柱状上皮高度和胃腺细胞数量也明显增加;鳡鱼仔鱼在鳔一室期至卵黄吸尽期,完成由内源性营养向外源性营养的转化,在背鳍形成期和臀鳍形成期开始由浮游生物食性向肉食性转化。
