蒸鲈鱼的主要做法如下:
用料:鲈鱼一条、葱白一大段、葱叶一段、姜丝适量、蚝油一勺、生抽三勺、白胡椒粉适量、盐适量、料酒适量、香菜适量、柠檬片3片。
1、鲈鱼洗净切花刀,倒入适量料酒,蚝油和白胡椒粉和盐拌匀,葱白切细片,姜切丝一部分塞鱼肚子内。

3、腌制好的鱼放入鱼盘内,浇上汁儿。
