1. it, that常常用来代替或避免重复某个名词。it指前文提到的事物,是同一物
如：My pen was lost ,did you see it?
例如：
Where did you find your watch? - I find it in our classroom.

2.that只指物，不指人，可替代可数名词或不可数名词...
that,代指在前文中出现的对等的部分（不是同一个事物,只是对等）,that指代可数名词单数及不可数名词,
如：The weather in Beijing is colder than that in Kunming.
The population of China is larger than that of any other country.
