要求：假如你叫李华，是一位高一学生。最近你发现一些同学在教室使用手机，影响学习，请用英语给校长写封信，反映这些同学在教室使用手机的情况，并提出两条建议。

Dear Principal,

I'm Lihua, a student of Grade I, high school.I write to you is try to discuss some phenomenone in our school and hope can get your understand and support.

I found a lot of students using cell phone in the class, they sent text message, they chat with friends, some of them even listen music or watch TV. These actions has already affect other students, so I strongly suggest you take some actions.

Here is my suggestion.A). Prohibit students take cell phone when in Class.B). Ask them to power off when in class,otherwise cell phone will be taken by teacher.
