Some kids are tossing some cards to vehicles that are passing the intesection of streets when I was walking to school every day. I think this is very dangerous for their safety, when they are tossing cards, they are on their own risk, if a vehicle dodge or nudge them, they are going to be died or seriously injured. It's also making a traffic jam on the intersection, since the speed of vehicles that are driving across intersection is already not fast, they are making the traffic even slower because vehicles have to yield them to prevent dodge or nudge. I would recommend the government could give some money to them to let them stop doing this or the government could just arrest them to prevent more damages or losts possible.
