本次设计是在CW6163普通机床的基础上进行的数控化改造,数控机床的核心是数控系统,利用数控系统的插补软件实现零件轮廓的切削加工,因此插补软件的设计是数控系统的重要组成部分。本文利用数字积分法插补原理,以Visual Basic6.0软件为平台开发插补仿真软件,实现四个象限的直线插补轨迹仿真,形象直观地反映了插补的动态过程。

Along with technique of manufacture's rapidly expand, engineering products' performance and the quality enhance unceasingly, the renewal speeds up unceasingly, not only requests to the engine bed to have the high precision and the productivity, moreover can adapt the product components transformation rapidly. The numerical control technology's development is the quality assurance and the enhancement production efficiency key technologies. Therefore, enlarges enterprise's numerical control equipment to put into and to speed up the enterprise existing equipment's numerical control transformation is very essential and urgent. this design is the numerical control transformation which carries on in the CW6163 ordinary engine bed's foundation, numerically-controlled machine tool's core is the numerical control system, realizes the components outline machining using the numerical control system's interpolation software, therefore the interpolation software's design is the numerical control system's important component. This article uses the digital integration interpolation principle, take Visual the Basic6.0 software as the platform development interpolation simulation software, realized four quadrant straight line interpolation path simulations, the image has reflected the interpolation dynamic process intuitively.

By using digital integration interpolation principle, to Visual Basic6.0 software platform for the development of simulation software interpolation, and the four quadrants of the linear interpolation trajectory simulation, visual image reflects the dynamic process of interpolation.
