随着电子行业的飞速发展,IC技术的不断提高,单片机在国民经济生产各行业发挥了重要的作用。它因为集成度高、体积小、运行可靠、应用灵活、价格低、面向控制等特点得到了广大工程技术人员和客户的好评。在温度测量方面,单片机能够代替以前常规的模拟调节器。本系统介绍了用单片机进行炉温自动监测系统的基本组成、工作原理、程序设计和系统的抗干扰措施。该系统可对加热炉进行温度检测,并对温度设置上下限,超出温度限制后则自动进行报警,并通过串行通讯及通信协议将数据发送给上位机(PC)进行进一步的存档、处理。同时,在软硬件设计时均采取了有效的抗干扰措施。本系统用K型热电偶对炉温进行检测,在满足系统性能要求的前提下,尽可能地减少硬件成本。
在设计期间我得到了各方面人员的大力配合与帮助,在借鉴其它一些软件开发经验的基础上,设计了这套加热炉多参数自动监测系统。

The system introduced by SCM for automatic temperature monitoring system's basic components, principle, procedures and systems design of the anti-jamming measures. The system can detect the furnace temperature and the temperature settings on the floor, the temperature limit is exceeded the automatic alarm and, through serial communication and data communication protocol will be sent to the host computer (PC) for further filing, processing. At the same time, both the hardware and software designed to take an effective anti-jamming measures. The system used for K-type thermocouple temperature test, to meet the performance requirements of the premise, as far as possible to reduce hardware costs.
