摘 要

会计信息是国家宏观经济管理部门、企业经济管理部门及其其他方面面进行决策的依据。会计信息的真实可靠是建立和完善社会主义市场经济的根本保证，但目前的会计工作中虚假、歪曲的会计信息已让人触目惊心！美国安然、施乐、世界通信、默克制药等公司先后爆出财务丑闻，面对社会接连出现的会计失 信案件，会计诚信已引起社会的广泛关注。会计造假现象日趋严重，给消费者、投资者、债权人甚至国家带来了无法估量的损失。诚信在任何方面都具有重要的作用，作为一名会计或是与会计相关的岗位，都必须具有诚信。本文在给出会计诚信定义的基础上，分析了产生会计诚信危机的原因，从加强诚信教育，强化监督，健全法律体系，完善管理制度，加强内部会计制度等方面给出了相应的对策。

Abstract

Accounting information is the state's macroeconomic management, economic management departments and enterprises in other areas of decision-making basis. The true and reliable accounting information is to establish and perfect the socialist market economy and the fundamental guarantee, but the current accounting work in the false, distorted accounting information people have been shocking! U.S. Enron, Xerox, the world communications, companies such as Merck has financial scandal, in the face of a series of social accounting dishonesty cases, accounting integrity has aroused widespread concern in the community. Growing phenomenon of false accounting, to consumers, investors, creditors and even countries has brought incalculable damage. Integrity in any way have an important role, either as an accounting and accounting-related positions, must have integrity. This article is given in the accounting definition of good faith on the basis of a credibility crisis for the accounting, strengthen the integrity of education, strengthening supervision, improve the legal system, improving management system, strengthening internal accounting system and so on are given the corresponding countermeasures.
