本文的主要完成的内容有:(1)综述了激光技术的概念、激光器分类及其工作物质。(2)概括了激光晶体分类,发展和应用,重点研究和分析了Nd:YAG晶体的能级结构、光谱性能以及物理化学特性。(3)提出光学均匀性的概念,阐明了光学均匀性对激光晶体激光性能的影响,并分析影响光学均匀性的主要因素和造成光学不均匀的生产工艺条件,以及目前国内外检测光学均匀性的方法。(4)建立在以上的基础上,完成对“用迈克尔逊干涉仪测量激光晶体光学均匀性”的方案设计和原理分析,并成功最终测量出Nd:YAG晶体的光学均匀性为 。这证明了了该方法的可行性、合理性。
