用气相色谱法测定了1,3-丙二醇发酵液中主要成分—乙醇、乙酸和1,3-丙二醇的含量.色谱柱为FFAP大口径毛细管柱φ0.53(i.d.)×10m，采用程序升温，110℃保持2min，然后30℃/min升到160℃，检测器温度为250℃，回收率为94.04％～102.22％,RSD 0.24％～2.41％，线形关系良好，方法简便可行.<br/> The quantitative analysis of the components in culture by gas chromatographic method was carried out with FFAP wide bore capilary,φ0.53mm×10m(i.d.),at column temperature programmed-110℃ 2mins,then 30℃/min up to 160℃,and detector temperature of 250℃. The method has a recovery of 94.04-102.22%,RSD 0.24-2.41%,and good linear correlation.
